At the end of the day it all boils down to people. Having a great team makes all the difference in any industry. We work hard to find candidates who have great attitudes and are dependable. Hiring a really smart person who is not dependable or has a poor attitude is simply a waste of resources. So we adapted a totally difference approach. We try to get to know who our candidates are first rather than how smart they are. Knowledge can be taught to basically anyone but characteristics and personality cannot.
Just like a good gardener tests the soil and learns about the seeds he or she is about to plant. So must every good staffing company get to know potential candidates before completing the hiring process. Once we find candidates with those all important basic qualities we take the time to carefully screen them and help place them in positions that allows their skill sets & experience to shine.
